I'll talk to them about it. They're super small but they do a LOT of great work. This will be a big help to them. They're very happy. And Sept is cancer awareness month so this is all perfect.

They don't really have parking but I'll talk to them and see what's up. Their office is around the corner from the house so maybe we can do a "smaller" meet up and do a BBQ after. But my back yard.... lawn is dead yo! I'm conserving water and redoing my entire back yard. All of it. LOL!

When it comes to planning and organization they come and go really... really fast. LOL!

And yeah Gagan. I'm very impressed with how everything went down. We essentially did everything in 3.5 weeks. It ran smoother than ever. We donated more than ever... that's almost $14,000 in 2 years by the way people... Etc.

HUGE props to our vendors for being freaking amazing and our attendees for stepping up and having a freaking good time. Here is something to think about... this is pretty much an i-club meet... a bay area i-club meet.

We don't really push it anywhere else. We get a few folks from SoCal and a few folks from the legacy and forester boards and what not but 95% of it is bay area i-club. And we rolled 300 cars. No one really acted out... and we raised $7000.

I honestly would not be surprised if we do $10,000 next year. That's my goal anyways.

*tears of joy * so good to hear!
Has anyone thought about doing a can food drive to donate to local food banks? Or a toy drive for Christmas?

How many of you would seriously like to come down when I present the check? I'm going to set up a time with Jacobs Heart to get that done. They'd like to do some social media push on it and release a press release with a photo. I don't know how many they can handle. I'm waiting to hear back on that.

But I'm sure a few of you wouldn't be a problem. I suppose I'd start with my volunteers and leads that are interested and go from there. But put your name up if you'd be interested. I'll let you guys know when the time day options are when I know them.
