I think it is essentially the new Tribeca. 3 rows of seating. Not really a van, just looks like one. I see eyesight, fog light pods that look like WRX. Grill, headlight and taillights that look like Outback.

No sliding doors = not a minivan. Looks like a Mazda CX-9/Honda Pilot competitor, which Subaru needs to be competitive in this market (as much as it pains me to say that).
SOA...what this market really needs is a 6mt WRX hatch or turbo-charged Crosstrek. Pretty please!

Yup, something like this:
Subaru Drive Performance - Mods: Crosstrek Body and WRX Soul, a Powerful Combination (13.1)

I have been eyeing this (and there are a few):

...but don't really need a car until Novemberish.
Probably just watch what Subaru is doing from the inside of a Toyota for now.

That's pretty sweet! Lotsa work, reminds me of a swap. These days I would like something more like a Legacy (not Outback) wagon with a turbo and a 6spd. At least I can still get a new Forester turbo-diesel with a manual, but that is it for now. I have found several Legacy turbo diesels used but they are not available new any more. Was mildly excited about the Levorg until I looked into it.
