I vote not north bay....and not Hammy.
Hammy has always been a southbay/east bay thing.
There are plenty other areas to meet in the southbay that is not Hammy with good roads.
I vote meet on the coast or in the coastal mountains. Great roads, better weather.
San Gregorio State beach has a nice lot.
Seacliff State beach has a big parking lot and right on the ocean:
