well, that all depends on the depth of water on the roadway. even at 65mph, if the water is deep enough, hydroplaning will be an issue.

If you think NorCal drivers are useless in the rain, don't even try driving in SoCal. There's a pretty big storm going this whole week, and I'm doing all I can to stay away from driving at all this week.

I lived in SoCal for over 20 years before I moved up here & this is SO true. It is way better up here then down there.

I was on a road trip to Vegas. All the cars that pissed us off were either Toyota Camrys or Siennas. Something about those vehicles that inhibits the ability to drive.
