Car Info: 1999 Subaru Legacy B4 RSK

I just bought my Subaru last week. 1999 Subaru Legacy B4 RSK. I bought it with 95,000km but it runs well. I decided to make it my project car, mostly because I don't know much about cars and this is a great car to learn with. I work on the Yokosuka Naval Base but live in Yokohama.
