Folks in HK, need your help

Hi All!
My fiancee and I will be going to Hong Kong this coming October for 1-2 weeks. We are going there mainly to prepare for our wedding... Here is the 'basic' list of things we are looking for. The idea is to get a feel of the prices to see if the trip is worth it.

Bride's Gown
Bride's Shoes
Cake Cutter
Cake Top Dolls
Calligraphy
Dolls for the car
Flower Girl's Basket
Groom's Tuxedo or Suit
Guest Book and Pen
Headpiece/Veil
Printing: Invitations/Reply Cards
Printing: Maps
Printing: Thank You Notes
Printing: Wedding Program
Studio Photos
Toasting Flutes
Unity Candles
Wedding Favors

If you guys know of any store at Hong Kong with online catalog, please post. Thanks a bunch!

yup, all of those items you mentioned will be signifcantly cheaper than buying here. just remember to put your 'bargaining hat' on as almost everything can be haggled for less.

Really good deals on custom-tailored formal wear and other clothes, if you can find the right places.

Sorry, no
Naw, j/p! Actually I'm kinda outta the loop so apologies. But if you want a rockin' cheungsam or something, Yue Hwa Chinese Products has some really cool and reasonably priced pret a porter styles.

websites

Try these sites, they are in English, don't think they have online store though:

http://www.sweet-sincere.com/index.htm
http://wedding.983.com.hk/index-us.html
http://www.joyscard.com/
http://www.blossom-gift.com/
http://www.h2cards.com.hk/
http://www.limeteadesign.com/index.html
http://www.trendycard.com/index.asp?numlanguage=1
http://www.kamdo.com.hk/
http://www.lowyeah.net/company.aspx

Also, there is a plaza in Kowloon called GOLDEN PLAZA, most of the stores are wedding related, the website is:
http://www.goldenplaza.com.hk/
Unfortunately, they only have Chinese version website. But you can get the address and go there by yourself, I think it is somewhere near the PRINCE EDWARD MTR (Subway in HK) Station. Better ask someone local.

Good Luck

wow! I just clicked on a few, this is nice! I might not see the prices, but I have an idea what they have and I can easily give them a call or email for a price quote on the thing I like on their site. Thanks again!

hahahaha
i would actually recommend heading up to shenzhen for the bridesmaids gowns and what not... much cheaper than HK.
we just went through getting invites, bridesmaids dresses and jewelry, qi paos, etc. also got all the wedding favors for my brother's wedding. problem is, hard to do in 1 week. best to allow at least 2-3 weeks. and while you're here can look at studios for photos as well...
noel chu has a great studio in tst on kimberly road (behind granville road) that is very good at wedding photos.
cheers!

yeah 1 week might hard... I'll be there for 10 days for sure and might be able to stretch it to 2 weeks. I have the vacation days, just don't want to spend too many days there. I have to rebudget right around the time I go. I am not sure what the packages are like and I won't know until july or so.

the whole idea of us going is to save money, not just to get the thing we can't get over here (well, that's a big reason for us going too!).

oh I couldn't make out half of that. gotta website? thanks!

So far I've collected these links for the studio pics... any objection to any of these studios? Thanks!
