I guess as much as I'd like to think of myself as anti-ricer as the next guy, I have some ricer in me.

I do it mainly just to piss off NASCAR fans.

It's all about the jdm goodness. The ggb has the waist spoiler, and I love the look. Makes the wagon look a little more aggressive, I think. Plus, chicks dig it. :D Waist spoiler is on my to-do list.

Thanks! I got them from www.rallysportdirect.com. IIRC, they were quite expensive (~$900?) But I was in a little fender bender and ended up getting the whole front end replaced (Koyo radiator, STi JDM's, bumper and grille) Worked out well for me since insurance covered it, but I don't suggest rear ending a Jeep. :(

I originally ordered the EDM's which I think were $1050, but they were having a hard time finding them so I got the JDM's and just re-aimed the beams.

crap, it requires the rear doors too, since the flaring continues into that.

the rear has to be completely custom... way too much. I read about that wagon with the rear flares, it took a while to get it just right.

the front is a direct bolt-on -- fenders, bumper and fender liners from a sedan. I think it will be pretty expensive for the parts brand new, but you can always find i-clubbers with used parts ;)

UFO lights! Awesome, never heard that before. I used to have strobes in the grille until a little fender bender knocked them out. Now the neons and a few strobes in the rear are all I have to compete with the local rice.

i agree the pro5 is a sharp looking wagon. i also like the A4 avants with sport package. very sleek also. and of course the saabaru looks good too. hmm, for a next car, i would be looking at the new wrx wagon, saabaru, audi A3 3.2quattro (expensive though).

i think that pic is the jdm wagon. just like the current jdm wagons, they have red brakes, 17s, sidemarkers, no roof rails. very different from the usdm ones. so the new ones may be the water'd down version also. blah

Regarding the 06 sport wagon: I saw some pics in another thread w/out the from lip. Sucks. I'm not wild about the new front end, but the lip makes it so much easier to swallow.

thought you didn't want to take off your rails since you use 'em a lot :p....glad you got the deletes...lowers the car a bit by takin' off some of that "rail height", and just looks cleaner...

NO I got lucky. My friends said to me, what happened to your Perrin rear sway bar? And your Trailing arms and latera links and your carbon fiber rear difusser and your ARC titanium under car full tray hahaha I dont think the insurance wouls have covered all that. Not that I had it to begin with.

the contrast between black and red is much better than gold and red (which may look like USC trojans or McDonalds car). black on red is a very popular color combo for a lot of different applications

I think many are like me....

I could:
1) just sell mine, get an 06 Wagon and do a few simple mods (mostly handling)
2) Keep mine and mod it..my suspension feels like crap right now. I've had these prodrive springs on stock struts for sine I got the car...and now it's feeling pretty harsh. I would also need a brake upgrade – when coming back from Mammoth a few weeks back, I took the steep road down from Yosemite..thought I was going to loose my brakes!! They were flippin’ smoking! Literally. I also need to fix my tranny…the first gear grinding situation is starting to piss me off…when I think about all these upgrades I would have to make…the 06 sounds more and more appealing.. ;)

04 Sti's wheels will fit with on your 05 wagon without any problems, you don't have to roll your fenders. 05/06 Sti wheels have a different bolt pattern so you can't use those.

Thanks redstage. I was able to post it in another thread. Maybe I should have changed the file name . I did not start out to get a wagon. The sonic yellow and the Rotas were enough to sway me. Now that I have the wagon I love it. A week does not go by that I do not get to see the"look". It's the face people make when they see a wagon pull as hard as it does. I am referring to things like on ramp exceleration and stuff like that. I ignore the redlight revvers.

Sport Bronze Grids eah? Looking hawt. How does that color compare to say some bronze Volk TEs. Also, what drop and what size tire are you using?
