Will the header and catback all fit my 2001 RS?

All of the parts would be a direct drop and swap. The only difference between the 01 and 99 model year would be that your car has MAS instead of MAF.

Im sorry I forgot to ask you if it had the cat covertor with it which I doubt it does.
I need a convertor A STOCK ONE!

 

I do have the stock converter as well didn't list it b'cause I forgot I had it. It's not included in parts lists above. $50 for that as well.......
