For sale is my 2001 Subaru Legacy L Sedan. I am the second owner of this car, I bought it from Northtown Subaru in Buffalo, NY who had acquired it from the estate of an elderly lady (or so they told me) with 9,000 miles. I then bought it in August 2001, nearly new and completely stock.

I moved to CO in 2003 and drove this car out. At least 1/2 the miles on it are highway miles from before I moved (60 mile round trip commute everyday). Since I moved I have put a mere 15,000 miles on, many of which are from going back and forth from the mountains (I ski and bike a lot).

The car itself is in good condition, the outside has a few dings, paint chips, and minor dents. Noticeable in the pictures are the minor scratches on the back bumper apparently from a shopping cart that ran into my car while I was at dinner. Another dent pictured is on the hood right by the driver's side headlight from God only knows; I came out to find it like that from work one day. I can arrange for all of the dents and scratches to be repaired before the sale, but the price has been adjusted (I feel) accordingly.

I have installed XM radio and an Alpine CD player with Boston Acoustics speakers in the doors. I will sell the car with the cradle for the XM in which case you would only have to get the unit and a subscription or if you wish, I can remove it completely in about an hour. I also have tinted windows, 20% front and 5% on the back windows.

Just had new Pirelli P6 all season tires put on the car about 300 miles ago and new brake pads/front rotors about 2,000 miles ago. Always driven conservatively, I average 24 mpg per tank for 70% city driving. Always warmed up before I leave in the morning. The car runs as smooth as ever.
