Exclamation Urgent appeal to anyone in Bay Area: Selling car & battery relocation help (PIC soon)

******* NOTE********
I realize it is April 1, but THIS IS NOT AN APRIL FOOL’S JOKE.

I've decided to sell my 1999 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS Rally Blue Pearl after years of usage. I’m wondering if you guys can give me a fair price to sell it for. Car has 96,669 miles. The car has been babied all these years and has been driven mostly on the freeway. Regardless, the car will be sold as-is, since I won't have time for support.
Kelly’s Blue Book™ gives me an approximate market value, but I’d like to hear what you guys think. Also, where’s a good place to sell it?

Here are the modifications that have been done to the car:

'Tuned By STi' Blue Seatbelt Pads
Unorthodox Racing Underdrive Pulley
Replaced OEM battery with Optima Marine Series (1000 crank amp - top of the line)
ACT Racing Clutch - Clutch is still good. No signs of wear & tear

The following is a history of servicing. We've absorbed a lot of the cost, so the car should run smoothly for a long time.

Replaced/fixed:

1.) Fixed leaky valves (recent)
2.) Replaced O2 sensor (recent)
3.) Replaced all 4 shocks (recent)
4.) Recent oil change
5.) Full checkup by the dealer - green light for sale
6.) Replaced MAS (Mas Air Sensor)
7.) Replaced all 4 tires about 5000 miles ago (OEM tires - still has a lot of tread)
8.) Replaced headlight & foglight bulbs with long-lasting bulbs.
9.) Replaced rear right wheel bearing with sensor.
10.) Passed smog a week ago with flying colors!

Problems:
1.) P000171 - Fuel/Air Trim Malfunction - This code has been on for a while and doesn't pose any problems. The dealer believes the battery is sending false voltage and spiking the code by one of the devices on the car.

2.) There are a few dings here and there.

3.) There is a light to moderate damage to the rear-left-side of the car (close to the area of the gas cap, but on the other side). Basically, we took to a local mechanic to fix and I guess one of his idiot workers scraped the car into the wall or something. I noticed the damage only after I got home, so there's they denied all fault.

4.) The rear speakers are not currently functioning. THEY WILL WORK with an hour or so of work, but I just don't have any time. The wire probably just fell out of the speakers, but I don't have time to troubleshoot it.

-----------------

BATTERY RELOCATION & CEL (CHECK ENGINE LIGHT)
* The dealer believes that the check engine light is caused by fluctuations in voltage sent by the relocated Optima battery in the back. They're claiming that the battery isn't grounded properly. I would like to move the battery back to the front..

I believe this is an extremely easy procedure, since we ran wires to a front switch THEN ran wires to the rear. Theoretically, all one would have to do is just remove the rear battery, disconnect the switch in the front, and reconnect the battery. The extra wiring to the back would remain as is (harmless). The only thing we'd need is a battery tray, since the original one was tossed.

Can anyone local in the Bay Area help with this? (South San Francisco here)
