View Full Version : wtb wrx in CA for 13,000 ssteve 03-19-2005, 06:35 PM hey , my name is steve and my car was stolen (96 impala ss) and i am looking to replace it with a wrx, and am trying not to spend much more than 13,000, so if anyone knows of anything let me know. MeaCulpa 03-21-2005, 01:01 PM I hate to break it to you, but you aren't going to find one for $13,000. Well the only way you would is if the car has a salvage title. If you really want a WRX, I would recommend getting a car loan and using the 13k as a downpayment. That way you could get a wrx and only have to owe about $5,000 on the car. You would have very affordable monthly payments ssteve 03-21-2005, 04:54 PM i can actually afford about 15,000 if need be. STi_or_EVO 03-21-2005, 06:14 PM i can actually afford about 15,000 if need be. Well 13,000 + 5,000 = 18,000 reasonably priced WRX I don't think he meant 15,000 MeaCulpa 03-21-2005, 07:40 PM Well 13,000 + 5,000 = 18,000 reasonably priced WRX I don't think he meant 15,000 Yep, you're right. I was trying to say around 18k is a reasonable price. I'm sorry if I had worded it weird. :) ssteve 03-21-2005, 08:01 PM i have seen plenty of 02's with 50k or less for 16 or less, so i dont think it will be a problem finding something more reasonably priced then 18grand STi_or_EVO 03-24-2005, 11:59 PM Yep, you're right. I was trying to say around 18k is a reasonable price. I'm sorry if I had worded it weird. :) Dont worry about it .. I was just merely correcting it so that people dont get confused ;) :) STi_or_EVO 03-25-2005, 12:05 AM hey , my name is steve and my car was stolen (96 impala ss) and i am looking to replace it with a wrx, and am trying not to spend much more than 13,000, so if anyone knows of anything let me know. well if you haven't found one yet .. here is one you can check out ... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4538503060&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT sigma pi 03-25-2005, 12:24 AM sweet ride sorry to hear it are you in socal? you can get one for around 14k thats what my 03 is worth according to subaru.. alot of wrxs are used and abused though just to let you know STi_or_EVO 03-25-2005, 12:26 AM sweet ride sorry to hear it are you in socal? you can get one for around 14k thats what my 03 is worth according to subaru.. alot of wrxs are used and abused though just to let you know Is who in So Cal ? <-- Confused... lol sigma pi 03-25-2005, 12:35 AM well if you haven't found one yet .. here is one you can check out ... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4538503060&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT the second owner is dumping it pretty quick STi_or_EVO 03-25-2005, 12:38 AM the second owner is dumping it pretty quick Ahhh ok .. Like I said earlier, you aren't going to find one for $13,000 unless it's salvaged or extremly high mileage. You might possibly find one that has been modified. But personally, I wouldn't buy a modified car. I've been looking for several months around where I live, and I rarely see any good wrxs for under 17k. isblizzard 04-01-2005, 10:03 PM my gf is selling her wrx. she is the 2nd owner. 46k original miles, Blue. $15,000 for a quick sale. car has a HKS SSQV, Apexi intake, and a Hks Carbon Ti exhaust. Always been running on stock boost. let me know if your interested, located in NY, can ship for a reasonable price. isblizzard@aol.com Rat 04-02-2005, 10:53 AM Then you will have to be willing to spend more.
