hey , my name is steve and my car was stolen (96 impala ss) and i am looking to replace it with a wrx, and am trying not to spend much more than 13,000, so if anyone knows of anything let me know.

I hate to break it to you, but you aren't going to find one for $13,000. Well the only way you would is if the car has a salvage title.

If you really want a WRX, I would recommend getting a car loan and using the 13k as a downpayment. That way you could get a wrx and only have to owe about $5,000 on the car. You would have very affordable monthly payments

Yep, you're right. I was trying to say around 18k is a reasonable price. I'm sorry if I had worded it weird. :)

i have seen plenty of 02's with 50k or less for 16 or less, so i dont think it will be a problem finding something more reasonably priced then 18grand

are you in socal? you can get one for around 14k thats what my 03 is worth according to subaru.. alot of wrxs are used and abused though just to let you know

I've been looking for several months around where I live, and I rarely see any good wrxs for under 17k.

my gf is selling her wrx. she is the 2nd owner. 46k original miles, Blue. $15,000 for a quick sale. car has a HKS SSQV, Apexi intake, and a Hks Carbon Ti exhaust. Always been running on stock boost.

Sedan for 17K? I know it's more than you are looking for but I know the history... I'm second owner. Got it with 2900 miles on it. Never modified, aside from tires/wheels, tint, better speakers, alarm w/tt and clear side markers. 42K miles, 4EAT, clean and ready to go.

The stock wheels/tires are in ok condition...
