I noticed there are no plates on it and apears to have been trailered everywhere.....can it be registered here in the states?

Car is not legalized at this point..... read the ad.
"This vehicle does not have a VIN. It was imported from Japan without a US VIN.

Remember that legalizing this in the states is near impossible now....unless Motorex has gotten their problems straightened out since last I knew.
