Anyone in the Philly area with aftermarket up-pipe and down-pipe that has passed PA emissions?
I just moved to the state a few months ago and I was planning on installing the SS up-pipe and down-pipe but leave the 3rd cat.
Does anyone have a similar setup and have any emissions comments? Thanks!

Bump for this.
I need to know. I have a TurboXS stealth back with high-flow cat and wanted a catless uppipe.
Thanks,
Todd

I would think that if you at least have one cat that the car would pass emissions. PA isn't quite as tight as you might think.

Would one high flow be good enough? Anyone actually pass PA emissions with just one high flow cat? I didn't want to spend the money to get a calless uppipe installed only to faile the test.

Well, I would think it would still pass you still have a cat and the test is done via the OBD II connector. Not the old fashioned sniffer.
If all your sensors check out and has not set any codes then you WILL pass.
