Aftermarket Forced Induction - Turboed factory NA engines Turbo EJ25! Who said that all Subarus are created equal? Aftermarket turbochargers on factory normally-aspirated engines (factory turbo engines have their own forums).

I am just trying to get an idea of all the turbo kits on the market.

I think HKS basically just builds components, and it's up to you to put them together. I have heard though that their tech service guys are very helpful, so if you know exactly what you want from your car, I'm sure they can help you put it together. The only drawback is, their stuff is expensive. Quality though.

I have a Vishnu Kit. Probably one of, if not "THE BEST" of, the available turbo kits on the market. Everything is bolt on, but you need to provide your own engine management, or take the TEC-II/III route which will have you up and running with a quickness. (due to pre calibrated engine maps) But any EMS will do. I would only recommend this to serious boost junkies as I will never have my engine or drivetrian built up enough to take all this kit has to dish out.

Ludespeed kits. Good craftsmenship, and available options include piggy back controllers for tuning all in one package! Perfect "enthusiast kit" for those pursuing 10psi max setups.
I could have saved about $500-$1000 less and have close to the same performance out of a ludespeed kit, but then I couldn't brag about having a 600+hp turbo kit

My Vishnu Kit was a good investment, Very capable and proven, it will see more engines in the future rather than replacement components, and I'll NEVER have upgrade the kit...cept for maybe a new compresser trim @ 150,000 miles
