Thanks. I actually live in Gig Harbor so I'm not too far away from Bremerton.

There is one this weekend in Bremerton. You should really go, even just to watch.

J-Rex,
Did you make it out to Slush #2 in Bremerton?

Ya I was out there for a little while. I showed up in the morning but since I'm not a member of a club and I didn't prereg. I couldn't run. Anyway, it was freezing so I just hung out and went home.

I was also out there in the morning running in the IC class. I should have the suspension adjusted a little better and run in STX next time out. You will get your next chance 3/9 for NWR/SCCA #1 at Bremerton.

Am I going to have to be a member of a club or SCCA? Am I going to have to prereg?
Were you driving a REX out there? I saw 2 running in the morning. A silver one and a blue one and I remember seeing another one in the afternoon but I can't remember what color it was.

You will want your SCCA membership and then you will belong to our local Region NWR/SCCA. Did you get a free SCCA membership with your WRX? For all local events WWSCC.org will give you all the info on whether or not prereg is required. Usually only the Slush events are mandatory preregistration. I was driving the blue WRX in the morning. The silver WRX was drivin by Austin.

alright, your first name starts with an "E" right? I watched you run a couple times. I was standing by the extra helmet box with a gray sweater on when you did your first run.

Yes, that was me. I won't try to make any excuses about my cold tires either. What color is your WRX? I will make sure to wave if I see you around town.

My Rex is silver and it's sporting the OZ superleggra's. Wasn't it your rex that had the those wheels too or was that another WRX?I live out in Gig Harbor so ya if you see me around give a wave. Went down to the dealer yesterday and got my free SCCA membership. Guess my car didn't come with the application in the glove compartment. I'm all good now.

Right now I have two sets of OE wheels for street and R-compounds. I have some wheels on order though in an attempt to stuff some more tire under the car. If I don't see you around town first then maybe I will see you on 3/9.

I have to go to California for a week and I won't get back until the afternoon of 3/9 so now I'm going to miss the X. I'm a loser. This is my second trip to L.A this month. The first trip I drove the REX up HWY 1 and had a blast driving all the way up the coast, rippin up those 15mph turns. Have to wait until late at night if you really want to drive it though.
