All depends. Some nights everybody bails at around 8 or so. This weekend a few left around 8, a few more left around 9, then one had to go at about 10 and the final three of us were up till 2.

Well hopefully you can make it one weekend. We just wanted a place in the middle of I80 where people from davis, fairfield, BA, sacto, reno etc. could come.

No offense but folsom is out of the way for a lot of others. Just have to make due. The place we have now is fairly low-profile and there's food & coffee right next door.

i am new to forum i just bought my rex 2 weeks ago i live in cameron park which is only ten min from sac. i would like to meet up with u guys. i was just sac raceway for the first time on wed i getting horrible times i kept messing up on the starts. No 5000rpm clutch drops in the subaru. need to work on feathering the clutch. hopefully i will meet up with u guys soon

Yeah, 'nother nice meet this week. The Hondas that made their neon appearances seem to had scared us all off though XD

The only way this night could have been better is if the moron in the green Accord who did the power slide, had hit the curb or pillars or something. What a jack ass.

This was a good meet - we're not really the Subaru meet anymore - now we've got 240sx and DSM guys coming out. Pretty cool. A few of us grabbed a bite at Applebees, and I just FINALLY got rid of Scott (after I stopped blocking the door and telling him ghost stories).

So I'm going to sleep. See you guys next week. Hope you get your car back, Eric :)

I drove by in a Red EVO a couple weeks ago and noticed a 2003 WRB WRX with Gold 57c's and i almost fainted at that car's beauty. What type of exhaust does that guy have? whatever it was i sure did like it a lot!

I was just looking them over and some of them came out pretty nice. We had a REALLY good time. After Round Table, Scott, Kevin, Mike, myself and my friend Josh headed to the MR2 get together in Roseville. We scored some tasty treats there (coldstone and jamba), then headed over to sunsplash and raced go karts. Ton of fun :)

Everyone just left, and I'm about to pass out from exhaustion as I write this, so I'll post pics tomorrow.

Hope you can keep making it out - I understand about the mileage thing, but I've decided that I bought the car to drive it, not let it sit in my garage and piling the miles on is just a fact of life. And don't worry about having too much debt, especially not right now. Just think about how much you'll have when you go to buy a house! :)

For those of you that have a gf, could you please try to bring them this week? My gf got the night off work Saturday and wants to go out to dinner before the meet. I don't wanna ditch her all night, but if she comes to the meet and it's just us guys talking about cars and what not, she gets REALLY bored. If there's another gf there, they can talk about cleaning the kitchen, getting dinner on the table by 6 and other women stuff..shopping or something (before somebody kills me, I'm just kidding). We were planning on this coming Sat, but then we realized that you guys had your meet this coming saturday. Zoeb was gonna be handing out BAIC shirts if we had one this week. Soooooo, I'm going to throw out a 1 in 1 Million chance shot and ask if maybe you guys wouldnt mind a change of scenery into UCD at the Old Teahouse parking lot? Im free for any suggestions,

So why is it that the Davis folks can't just drive up to Natomas? It's only like 15 minutes! Not to ruffle any feathers, but the reason we chose Natomas was that it was central for everyone in the greater Sacramento area. We've got people from Elk Grove, Auburn, Folsom, etc. They already drive quite a ways and may not be interested in going further. I realize it's just one meet, but we ususally have a pretty decent sized crowd at Natomas and it doesn't make sense for all of us to drive even further to Davis.

...just my opinionated opinion.

we have people that come up to natomas from folsom and Sybir comes all the way from placerville for the meets.

if you have only been to a UCD meet, then you should just come up to natomas for a change of pace then

SonicSuby, since u are the person who started this meet, its fair for you to make the call.

I know you said wednesday, but if possible please make a decision by tuesday by around 5:00...that way I can pick up the shirts from UCKK for anyone who needs me to. If the UCD meet is off, we will have to figure out another time for shirt delivery..

it seems that the UCD people don't come out to Natomas...but they ALL show up when there is a UCD meet. Since I took the orders AT UCD, mainly for UCD people, I would like all of them to get their shirts. That is the reason I want it to be a UCD meet.

btw, I don't want to mess up your meet, not even for one weekend. If this doesn't work out let me know and we can organize a UCD meet on a weeknight, during the evening sometime, I just want to try and make it a little easier.

I really think it would be cool to have a UCD meet this one time everyone. Obviously, alot of the people who ordered shirts are over in this area, and are only going to pick them up at UCD. After this, I would love to come out to MANY meets at Natomas. It just seems that it would work nicely if we could have this ONE meet in Davis, for everyone to be able to get their shirts, and also just for a nice one week change in scenery.

From fairfield, hop on 80 E towards Reno.

Continue on 80 E towards Reno at the split (at one point, it turns in to hwy 50, if you hit harbor blvd, you went too far).

Take the Truxel Rd. exit.

Turn left at the light.

Over the overpass, through 2 lights (first light is at the other side of the over pass, second light is to the entrance of a big shopping center).

At the third light, turn left (on the right hand side of Truxel at this intersection is a McDonalds).

Once you turn left, take a right in to the parking lot right there and look for many a subaru. If you are WAY early (I usually show sometime between 5:45 and 6pm), just park in the middle row of spaces in front of the sushi place.

in all honesty you guys prolly could have the UCD meet at the same time, since I dont think any of the UCD regulars every come down to sac for our meets

the only thing you guys would be missing would be us, cause we will come to UCD when you get one going :)

No hard feelings at all, because it isn't really a bad idea per se. But when we were kicking around the idea of a weekly meet in Sac, Natomas was the place that got the most votes since it's pretty much central. I drive from Vacaville, Sybir usually makes it from Placerville, Scott is in Rancho, Steve is in Roseville (even if he never gets to make it :p), there's Lance, Mike, Eric, etc. et.c... it was just a matter of convenience. Anyways, changing to UCD one week won't hurt anything, and I'm sure pretty much everyone that would be at Natomas will be there. Might be a good idea for somebody (notgonnamentionanynamesdorifto88) should caravan from somewhere in Sac for the guys who haven't been to the OTH before.

Oh yeah... and this time, we WILL be having our Initial-D fest!
