I was surprised when I got here

It's not that bad out here - definitley old though. I was looking through the web at some houses for sale and quite a few were built BEFORE the year 1800. That's nuts

Glad I'm coming home tomorrow though.

you're right, man

Actually, there are some GREAT restaurants here. I had dinner at this restaurant last night called PepperSprout. I had Bison - no lie, the best food I've eaten in years, if not the best ever. SOOOO good.

I had lunch today at a place called Dempseys and the sandwich I had there was awesome too. The service out here (servers/waiters/waitresses) is absolutely excellent. They're very friendly and always checking on you to make sure you've got enough soda or napkins or whatever. It's a cool town - I've been takin some pics so I 'll try to post them tomorrow after I wake up.

I head for the airport in two hours, so I'll see ya later!

i've had Bison too. tastes a lot like elk which tastes a lot like beef but A LOT leaner. i think for every 6oz serving of beef you have abotu 13g of fat and for every 6oz of bison you have about 3gs. Good stuff. gotta try the bison mountain oysters while you're there.
