Sorry for the cross post...originally put this in the wrong damned place! 
I have (2) luggage rack cross bars and a LUND bug deflector (minus the screws and inserts, which you could fabricate yourself) that you can have for free.
I know it's a long shot...this being a Subaru forum and all...but they're taking up too much space in the home.
