WTB: 16" tires! and maybe wheels

I need some NEW tires for my stock rims. From what I've seen, installing tires can be pricey, so I may be interested in rims+tires if the price is right.

I'm not looking to get expensive rims and tires... I just need something for my car so i'm not driving on bare rims.

i just posted a set of re92's up for sale (norcal classifieds). these were taken off with ~300 miles.
