come with tires? if so, what kind? and where in TN are you?

 

with or without tires your choice...right now I have yokohama parada spec 2 tires mounted. (225/40/18) With the tires i would like to get around 1100. I paid 1500 for the set new. without tires i'd like 550. I'm in the Tri-cities area, about 1.5 hours east of knoxville.
