Yeah, it was interesting to see in the exit polls that moral values were the biggest reasons to vote for bush and not the economy, war, terrorism, etc. (this is in the mid-west/south) Bush was pushing for the Pro-gun, anti-gay, bible-pushers. While Kerry was out there pushing for fixing our relationship with the rest of the world, our economy, and fixing bush's administrations f-ups. Guess Kerry didn't realize that there are more of the 1st catagory in this country :) I'm not just pulling this out of my a** either, all the networks were talking about it last night too.

In a way it's not over, but I guess it is. Goes to show the rest of the world either how conservative, how dumb, or both that we are. They already hate us as it is, what's 4 more years? then again, what's 4 more years of high gas prices, innocent lives lost in Iraq, people wanting to attack us, jobs going over seas, the deficit growing larger than ever, etc. ;)

ok ok ok ok ok

It was great to see that the voter turnout was so huge, but they just came out, one for one. Our country is so divided.

Anyone watch the live Daily Show?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Colberts closing comments were awesome!!!!!!!!!!

I love watching the interviews of people in FL. "I voted for Kerry, after I hit submit, it said I voted for Bush." WTF

You do know that the CEO of diebold once wrote a letter wanting to make sure that Ohio give Bush all of their electoral votes.

The Soviet Union used to have more legitimate elections than this BS.

Wired had the best write up ever on revamping the election process.

Just one part is that the electronic votes need to be f-ing open source. Austrailia is open source and there are no problems and everything is smooth (I read it a while ago, I'm sure it's Austrailia) Here we have a handful of neo-cons that can look at the code and do what they want.

For those of you that don't know, Almost ALL of FL is electronic voting. The machines that they use were banned in CA because of the damn problems they have. Ohio even refused to use them. (they still use punch cards though)

Oh yeah, its truely a great day -the day when the rest of the world sees for a fact that we are completly f**ked up, blind idiotic morons who follow a stupid idiot who thinks god talks to him and tells him what countries to attack.

Nobody deserves what this country is headed into.

....and this country has been spared the wrath of progressive internationalism.

No, instead we'll continue to get stomped on by the jackboot of corporate internationalism.

It just goes to show that the liberal "Rock The Vote", and the "Vote Or Die" fools, along with all of the idiot college kids and their socialist professors are nothing but the VOCAL MINORITY.

America has spoken my friends. I am pleased that moral values and American superiority have come through this treatening time. Our second ammenment will be solidified. We can now breath easy.

Thank God. And thank DieBold for that matter. Kerry couldn't have lost. He wasn't a flip-flopping, treasonous, other than honorably discharged, liberal, self-admited war criminal. Blame it on the machines. We have to blame it on the machines. We have to sue and let the liberal judges hand out the most powerful job in the world

On top of that the only good thing I can think of is how Jr will have no excuse once the economy does even worse, the war in Iraq becomes worse, we have civil unrest, etc the list goes on and on....

'Tis a horrible day for the World, and guess what that includes the US.

Good luck and stay safe when you deploy. :) Even though I voted Kerry, I still have the utmost respect for the Armed services, and I pray that everyone returns safe. Like I said in another thread-

Have fun over there!

Glad to know guys like you are out there defending my "Freedom"!

But don't forget Syria, Iran and North Korea- Afghanistan and Iraq were only appetizers.

Yea I probably do sound bitter, it's just really hard for me to comprehend how anyone can buy into the lies and support this administration.

And on a serious note- I do respect all you guys serving, really- I only think we shouldn't be putting you in harms way for the sake of profits for a few people who are already so rich that they don't know what to do with themselves.

Like Silverscooby said- stay safe, I'd like to have you back to argue with next election

Actually the way I heard it, the Diebold guy "guaranteed they'd deliver Ohio for W".

Ah- here's the story about that letter I'd heard about;

The head of a company vying to sell voting machines in Ohio told Republicans in a recent fund-raising letter that he is "committed to helping Ohio deliver its electoral votes to the president next year."

The Aug. 14 letter from Walden O'Dell, chief executive of Diebold Inc. - who has become active in the re-election effort of President Bush - prompted Democrats this week to question the propriety of allowing O'Dell's company to calculate votes in the 2004 presidential election.

O'Dell attended a strategy pow-wow with wealthy Bush benefactors - known as Rangers and Pioneers - at the president's Crawford, Texas, ranch earlier this month. The next week, he penned invitations to a $1,000-a-plate fund-raiser to benefit the Ohio Republican Party's federal campaign fund - partially benefiting Bush - at his mansion in the Columbus suburb of Upper Arlington.

No doubt- we've got the best government money can buy!

Look at the maps of who voted for who. The coasts (read civilized and edjucated states) supported Kerry. Calofornia, New York, New Jersey, Illinois and all of the sates that matter voted Kerry. If you want to allign yourself with the podunk, hillbillie, often racist, homophobic, usually sexist, sore from losing the civil war, back asswards, incest supporting states in the middle, more power to you.

Regarding car theft/locking doors... that is a city by city issue, not a state one. My parents live in California as well, just a different city, and they don't have to lock there doors. I have to worry about my car becuase my city isn't as well-to-do. If you don't think that is the case in Iowa, you're on crack. All bad things happened in Cali huh? This country wasn't founded by people afraid to go anywhere and do anything. To that you owe them your life and right to be in the best country in the world. For anyone who doesn't think it is no matter who the President Move. If you think California is civilized, I remember Riot's, Fires, Smog so thick you can't even see, your state is overrun by people who aren't even American. The only thing you can do is make movies, bad wine, and computer software. While people walk down the street with an AK-47 blasting cops and innocent by-standers, you have horrible gang problems in SoCal, drug trafficing. Your state of so-called civilized people don't have enough morals to not walk by a window when there is a riot and not steal TV's or throw bottles and rocks at cops. Please don't give me that SH*T. My family is from Philly, so i'm not some ****** sitting on my porch spitting tobacco. I've lived in and around citys most of my life and I am in a democrat state myself. Every bad thing that has happend in recent memory has happend in Cali, bar 9/11. I'm just glad that the hard working/ blue collar american's like myself who showd up to vote, actually cast out what most of this country is like, and if you have eyes like me, most of the damn map was red. I'm a college graduate, making my own living, and never expecting a hand out from anyone, especially the government.

PS. your sig is great. You have to look out the window to make sure your car is still there, when the guy stealing it probably voted for John Kerry too.

It is great to know that there are places in America like Iowa, and Kansas where nobody locks their house or cars becasue, they don't have to worry about a civilized democrat coming to steal from them.

I'm glad people have stopped idealizing CA. Now maybe you all won't move here. And by the way...if you really hate CA, just stop eating fruit...cheese...stop using computers...iPods...and vaccines...and most modern surgery techniques...and several often-used medications...go survive without anything CA makes for a while. Then you will realize that CA is far and away the most diverse, interesting, powerful place on the planet. Oh that's right...you want boredom, predictability, and dullness...PA's great for that, stay home.

Yea your right, I mean our flag is based on many morals and many people have died for our country and they will not be forgotton however dont forget our country was built on Slavery, War, Murdurrrr, and drugs(coak). ha come to look at it our $1 doller bill has the face of a slave owner on it. our country the USA, has many pros and cons and so does every other nation in this world. but dont forget its also made up of people like you who say the democrats are criminals, rioters, and polluters and you also turn around and say were blind, thats funny cause this morning I woke up and said daym are these R blind or something? what has Bush done to make them vote for him. and as for a blue collar citizen dont call yourself one till you start acting like one to. oh and last but not leased California a state full of non americans, maybee thats cause the people who lived here before it were native americans. or was that a racist remark, sorry I wasnt sure how to read it. A$$****.

You can always count on Xero's liberal whining!

Salty baby! I'm so stoked that you remember me fondly!

Whaddya say I push your $hit in for ya once just for old times sake? We don't have to get married or anything, I just wanna pack the poop for ya and then leave you in the gutter like last time. LoL

You're God damned right you can always count on me voicing my liberal opinion. I've gotta keep up with it or else the world might start thinking that ALL of us Americans are as ignorant as you ****ing hicks.

I don't remember who it was, but someone mentioned the distribution of votes. He's one wise man (bassplayrr maybe?), you can see that all the civilized people with brains and opinions live on the coasts, while the rest of you ****ing hillbillies inland continue to inbreed children with continuously weaker brains so that it's easier to keep them docile and voting conservatively. Grow up and stop trying to force your moral/religous agenda on other people.

I for one am not stoked about the idea of abortion, but who the **** am I to go forcing that notion on anyone? That's just ri-****-ulous! We all live our own lives, we all make our own choices, and no fat white sack of **** should be allowed to make ANY decision for ANYONE else.

Do you wonder why everyone hates you when you go oversees? It's because you have a lame ass ape for a president and you probably walk around rocking T shirts with American flags and Stars n Bars on them.

All that being said... I still need some ass. Bend over baby, I got some good ol' 1st Generation American (FOB Parents) dick to ram deep in yer ass and I don't even swing that way brah! It's purely for sport with ya.

-X.

ps - OK fine... We can get married, ya latent homo. LoL

My bad! :) Yeah yeah yeah. He won, I mean, it's mostly going to be business as usual, I'm just very opposed to several things (read: nearly everything) about Bush so I've go to talk ****.
