Retard silver WRX on Kings Hill RD/HWY 92 just before 11am on Halloween

Okay, I'm normally a pretty calm individual, but this really p**sed me off:

I was riding with my brother and his friend on our motorcyles (me, black/silver 600rr, bro, blue/white R6, friend, Blue R1) along 84 this morning. We were heading back onto King Hill road from 84 to get to 92, riding semi spirited. As we were heading back, some bikers heading the other way signalled that there was a cop up ahead and gave us the slow down signal. Being SMART riders, we all slowed down, friend leading, then me, then my bro.

We're moving okay, just under the limit, every biker that passed the other way giving us the slow down signal, so we knew we were getting close. I check my mirrors to make sure my bro was okay, and I see this silver WRX ******* his ***. I see him slowly catch up, and I'm thinking, okay, not a problem, I'll just open up a bit to get closer to the lead guy and give him room. This WRX is STILL ******* his ***. Now for those of you who don't know, King's Hill is a 1 lane in either direction with a double yellow down the middle, and very few passing area. Well, this f**ktard decides that he's going to pass in long straight... so he switches over, across the double yellow. At the same time, our friend decides to push the limit a little on the straight, so I follow him.. Next thing I know the f**ktard has not only passed my brother, but me as well, on the opposite side, well past the passing area. He cuts me off and starts riding my friend's ***. So as we are heading to the end of the straight and getting to a curve, a biker heading the opposite way clears the curve and signals us to slow down quickly. My friend on his R1 slows down quickly, and f**ktard almost rearends him.. I mean, scary OH F**K kinda of almost. My friend is riding near the double yellow, and the f**ktard has to ride on the shoulder to not hit him. I swear, f**ktard only missed him by a foot or less. I'm thinking, WTF IS YOUR PROBLEM. My brother and I BOTH saw it (he asked if I knew who you were and if I had ever seen you at a meet before). As soon as we clear the curve and head on another straight, sure enough, CHP on our side of the road.

I guess the f**ktard didn't learn his lesson, because once we hit 92, the f**ktard STILL is riding my friend's ***, even though the traffic has gotten a little more congested heading down 92 to San Mateo.

I don't give a flying F**K who you think you are, driver of the silver WRX with an Air Jordan sticker on the rear window, license plate 5HYU2xx (I memorized the whole plate, but I'm still decent enough not to post the whole thing), but if I ever see you at a meet, expect me to have a serious issue with you. Your driving was stupid, reckless, endangered at least 4 bikers, and you don't deserve to be on the road with me.

Just be glad that I calmed down enough that when we got to the light at 92, I passed you and only gave you a dirty look before splitting off from our friend as he continued on 92 and we headed on 280. Also be glad that I didn't stop by the CHP and tell him to nail your a$$.

If you want to discuss this with me, feel free. I am almost always at Eggettes on Wednesdays, and I'm almost always at Bayhill Starbucks on Mondays. Don't ever do that **** around me, or any other motorcyclists, again.

While that guy was a ****tard...why mess with him. You're just asking to get killed. Doesn't matter how stupid he is...3500lbs is always >> 500lbs.

Just get away from him, move over.

(wasn't me btw. )

exactly...if the dude was a retard, pull over or slow down to let him pass. why stay ahead of a moron like him. just think, if you had let him pass, he would've kept on speeding and would've also gotten nailed by the CHP waiting there.

I can't blame him for the rant. He was in an area where bikes frequent, actually there are more bikes up there than cars. There are a lot of jack *** riders out there. Most commute daily. They are the ones that end up being a statistic. For the weekend warriors that enjoy to go for a ride they don't need that kind of crap. \
BTW pizza that is such pig headed comment. You jack ***. There is still a man on that 500lb bike, and the driver was in a 3500 lb vehicle all the more reason to keep your distance. :rolleyes :finger

Are people (doughboy) not reading?

He instigated the whole situation by 1) tailgating my brother on a road that has one lane going each direction, 2) crossing a double yellow to pass, 3) cutting me off, and 4) almost rear ending our friend.

Explain to me exactly where WE messed with HIM. Explain to me how WE were anywhere in the wrong?

There is NO place to turn off and let him pass. There is no place along that stretch where it's really safe for him to pass in the first place... The lane is barely 7 feet wide, there aren't any turnoffs or turnouts, and the double yellow becomes a broken solid line for passing ONLY GOING UPHILL. He was tailgating on the downhill. We had already slowed down to just below the speed limit. He had absolutely no reason to be tailgating and driving like a f**ktard jerkoff, 2004 silver WRX or no. It's an obvious case of ego driving (ooh.. look at me! I can go faster then the bikers!)

Like I said, I'll be more than happy to discuss this with him at length. I've been given a possible name, and he's a member of this board. We'll see if he responds.

Eric,

While I agree that bikers shouldn't mess with cagers in regular traffic, this was so obviously the fault of the f**ktard in his WRX that I can't see how it could be construed in anyway as a biker messing with a cager.

When a biker holds a hand up with a finger pointing up, and does small circles (think Eddie Murphy in Raw), or when they signal frantically to slow down (palm facing ground, rapid up and down motion), that's a sign there's a cop in the area.

On bikes up there it's a flat hand pointing towards the ground, moving up and down...

i didn't mean to say that you guys were at fault...i know the dumba$$ WRX driver is a lunatic. what i meant was that it would've been easier to slow down to let him pass. if it was a 55mph limit, i would've slowed down to 30mph to let him pass me as soon as he got into the other lane.

i don't mean to criticize...just commenting on the fact that there are ALWAYS retards on the road and they're always putting someone else in danger. the important thing in these situations is that you limit your exposure to risk.

i'll shut up now as you have a right to rant. i wasn't saying you were at fault.

that's the thing...

there's no where he can legally and safely pass. We were travelling the limit. He wanted to drive OH SO MUCH FASTER. We even sped up a little on the downhill (where I said my friend decided to push the limit a bit) but he STILL felt the need to pass on the wrong side of a double yellow going downhill at over 80 MPH (my SWAGuesstimate based on his passing speed, closing speed, and cutting me off when I was at around 60, limit is 50) to pass up not 1, but *2* bikers. You have to understand.. there was MORE than enough room for him to switch back between my brother and I... there was a lot LESS room between me and our friend. No excuses, totally reckless.

I commute daily in my bike, and even at the worst traffic, and even with some jerkoff in an Explorer almost sideswiping me twice while looking right me in his right side mirror as I was splitting traffic on 92 from 101 to 280 at 15mph while the rest of traffic was stop and go, even with all that, I have NEVER felt as endangered or as enraged as with this idiot.

The guy in the silver WRX was a dumbass, but I've been buzzed by people on bikes enough times to understand why some ppl don't give bikers s break. 3 weeks ago, I was on 880 and going about 65-70MPH, and out of nowhere, this bike shoots pass me on the right at well over 120 mph. Almost ish my pants and last control.

So while the guy in the silver WRX was a dumb ***, understand that *some* of you guys are no different. Most bikers are cool, when cars give them a little extra soom for them to split lanes, they give a friendly wave, but some are just waiting to be stains on the road.

of course, there are squids in the biker community as well. The sane, safe riders avoid them like the plague. I don't pretend to represent other bikers, nor do I pretend that all bikers are saintly, courteous, safe riders. The biker community has its share of idiots, but as we say, stupid hurts. The problem tends to be self-correcting.

I'm not ranting about squids (I do that on bayarearidersforum.com)... I'm ranting as a WRX driver who also rides motorcycles about an a$$hole WRX rider who nearly killed a fellow rider.

I don't give a rat's a$$ if some other biker ticked you off. *I* am not that biker. Just like I don't assume all silver WRX drivers are a$$holes and dumba$$es, don't assume all bikers are inconsiderate jerkoffs who like to go 120 and do wheelies to show off.
