Hello everyone,
I was wondering what people do for record keeping when doing routine maintenance yourself. I only have 12k miles on my '04 and have been doing the oil changes with syn and tire rotations myself. My 15k maintenance is coming up and I believe I can handle this one on my own as well but don't know if I should be keeping receipts or any other documentation to prove to the dealership if needed that all routine maintenance has been performed.

I keep ALL reciepts. Make sure the reciept has a date on it, then just write the mileage on reciept at the time you do the work. It will help if you ever need any warranty work in the future to have a paper trail, plus it helps with relase and just remembering when to do your next service.
