Uh ok this may seems weird, but can anyone else access the "real" i-club? you know the other site?

I'm asking 'cause I can't get to it and I get this weird message I've never ever evAR seen in my life before. BUT the reason this makes me wonder is lately, when I go to websites, such as the i-club or something I get this japanese website but the url is still i-club, for example. I think the Japanese have been doing something to my internet over here!

i just got a wierd message as well. something about not having authorization from my ip to access that page. says only 1 ip address can access
