try ebay... I know they had WRX ones, I am sure that they have STI. Or you can look through i-club's Vendors. The list is on the home page on this site...

i have seen them at the dealer ship i have 1 that is black and says wrx it looks really clean, i bet the dealer can order it if they dont have it
