Are the 17X8.5 colors for the inital release of the slipstreams known yet? I am serriously thinking of getting a set...but only if I can get either silver or gold.

Silver for sure. Probably not gold. Gunmetalic and Flat black are the other most likely canidates.

Colors should be Gold, Silver, Bronze, Flat Black and Gunmetalic... Just don't know which combinations will arrive in the first batch.

also, im sure you guys know the 05 STi comes w/ 5x114.3 bolt pattern and 17x8 stock.. so it makes more sense if you guys can just do +1" upgrade instead of just +.5" ;)

Yes, they will fit with stock struts however be careful with sizing above 255mm.

Tires would be 235/40 (slightly narrow), 245/40 (Perfect), and 255/40 (slight overlap) or 255/35 (thinner and slightly MORE over lap)

No plans for 17x7.5 however a 17x8 might be possible. I would ask Joseph about this.

will these wheels and tire fit on a wrx, i always that the biggest we can possibly go is 235, will we need to get the fenders rolled for these. if not i want gold.
