They are suttle and will give you a nice back massage and transfer more HP to the wheels :) Rush NJ Dino 09-29-2004, 04:24 AM ok cool... are these the cusco mounts or the STi mounts that you are talking about? thanks dude Wingless Wonder 09-30-2004, 12:57 PM Imprezer on Cusco mounts (www.i-club.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=8950#post8950). Found his old post using Search, keywords 'cusco AND mount'. -- 0==WW==0 "…axles of evil…" - george w. bush Wingless Wonder 09-30-2004, 01:02 PM My experience with the STi mounts is that it is noticeable the first time you fire up the engine. There is more NVH (http://www.nvhmaterials.com/) transmitted through the chassis with the stiffer mounts but it's not objectionable, IMO. -- 0==WW==0 "…axles of evil…" - george w. bush ryball 09-30-2004, 02:48 PM I have the STi ones and what I noticed besides the NVH (which I like by the way), is that you feel more connected to the engine. Response seems quicker because the engine doesn't torque with the stock sponge mounts before moving the car. Accelerations feels more direct. One of the top five first mods I would do.
