I thought 15K was just an oil change and rotate the tires, but SoN tells me they replace the fuel filter, air filter and some other stuff and it takes 2 hours. Replacing the fuel filter definitely seems a little excessive, and the air filter looks ok...

Do some dealers have their own "recommended service schedule"? If so, I think I'll just stick to what the factory recommends and just do the "the big one" at 30K.

There's definitely no need to go to a dealer for the 15K "service." I'd only recommend going for the 30K if you don't do those things yourself (and only have them do the things you don't do, no need for a dealer oil or air filter change). The 60K is the first one that's really a good idea to visit the dealer.
