lol, ok I'll explain.... In Mexico, many of the roads are unpaved, meaning there is no lines to seperate lanes. so when people are driving together they line up next to each other while driving. No one can pass because they are taking up the entire road... so if you see people here pacing each other (intentionally or not) to where no one can pass them, its called a Mexican Road Block.
