I have a 02 WRX. I am looking for a Carbon Fiber hood without the scoop. Just the hood.

Then I am looking for Carbon Fiber Vent Side Markers?

Last i am looking for STi Fog Covers. Like the out line of it matches the Car's color, and it has a black mesh with STi in white across it.

You should look into getting the c/f hood for the 2.5RS. They're interchangeable and will be without a scoop I THINK.

Vivd racing makes a CF hood with removeable scoop, I would not recommend a rs hood unless your running a fmic. The vent you should be able to get from one of the venders..The fog covers try MPJ they are running a deal on the mesh ones, I believe they are 90 painted to match....
