Got this Bohmen 6000K hid retro kit off of Ebay , new and very well made .
I am happy with it even with high beam loss (I never use them and will flash with my fogs). The company , Proxenon.com does offer Hi-Low kits now though I doubt the same $359 delivered price tag will stay the same.
Install was easy and the systems wiring is very well produced.

The only snafu I had was I had wired up my new connector wrong ,and this may be your problem too .I will attach a crude drawing of what worked .
Good luck and don't forget to disable those DRL's behind the glove box not in the engine bay!

It took me about two and a half weeks to get my order , but Igave the benefit of the doubt to Proxenon since I placed my order on the 22nd of December and they claim a 14 day delivery and that means Buisiness days so I wasn't too disturbed. The lack off an instruction manual bothered me more but after an email they faxed them to my office.
Burmis1:
As for the DRL's , when you succesfuly remove your glove box, to your right against the kick panel are three modules with white plugs on them, one blue and two black. The large black one next to the kick panel is the DRL module , unplug that one but before putting the glove box back turn on the car and drop the E brake to make sure you got it right, no other electronics should be effected , at this point re-mount glove box and turn your head lights on when you want them on!I have heard of some people being able to reach and disconnect the module without removing the box but my paws are too big for that.

There is no doubt JDM projectors or Morettes (my personal favorites ) would look better but just getting these damn near cost me my marriage!Seems someone found out how much I spent on myself in comparison to how much I spent on their gift for Christmas! But , yes I do agree with you , however, as far as justifying them in stock housings , the light out put of any halogen bulb is not even in the same league! It is an improvement beyond my expectations and I am very happy with their function so far.

I can only go by what the packaging and the web site say and have faith in their claims as to it being 6000K.They sure look good to me!Check them out yourself and see what you think.Remember the price I paid was for an E-bay auction that featured no shipping costs. To me the photos of the kits looked very high quality compared to others I had seen.
