icantdrive75 09-02-2004, 05:33 PM So is it gonna be like time trials with time spaced between cars? Are we gonna be in classes? Mainly I'm just worried cause I bought my car yesterday and don't want it getting hit just yet. But if it will be relatively safe with no *******s driving then I'd be interested. Great way to start off living in LA.
wannaberacing 09-02-2004, 08:03 PM Are there going to be transponders provided for the timing?

yeah there will be different classes...you will be placed where you think YOU will handle the best. Most of the guys going havent tracked their cars at all so dont worry about getting your car hit...you will have space between cars also there will be instructors on hand to show you how its going to go...
Transponders:
yes there will be transponders going to be used, the tuners will need that to show how fast they are going
DRFTR8 09-03-2004, 04:34 PM so anyone wanting to go needs to pay asap...
wannaberacing 09-05-2004, 02:38 PM my money will not be availible in paypal until Wed.

kimbo63 09-06-2004, 11:09 AM money just sent! see everyone there!
Newbie Subie 09-07-2004, 08:14 AM Sent my money
DRFTR8 09-07-2004, 03:46 PM OK guys the plan has changed....i know you some of you guys paid for track day on Sept 24th and this is putting a wrench in your plans but..its still going to happen but it had to move to Oct 1st at Button willow with SpeedVentures..the reason why is that we did not have enough guys willing to pay and join...i was going to end up shouldering 2k.. so the guys who did pay have been moved to speed ventures, i know you guys have taken a day off but its been finalized and it will be combined with them....if you guy cannot make it and have paid already then i will send you your money back...
Speed ventures will have everything that we need that day so you guys dont have to worry about anything...PM me if you have any question..
DRFTR8 09-08-2004, 05:19 PM the ones that didnt pm me the money is going straight to Speedventures at ww.speedventures.net he has taken the liberty to host this event so that it will go right. you can check the website, i have sent the money of the ones who didnt pm me by 5 today so he will have you signed up for Oct 1st under your name and your screen name if one was provided. plus you will be in the Norcal/Socal EVO group for cheaper rates... thanx Drftr8
But if you didnt join in time to pay and you want to join you can still go by going to the website and joining, you will need to state that your part of the forum and include your screen name, the payment will be 150.00 timing included...
