any help with this would be great. I have a 99 rs and a 04' ej20 to install into it.
I have the motor, ECU, and full car harness out of the WRX. Any help would be appreciated.

Uh, basically you just remove your old motor, take apart your dash, bolt everything up, and plug it in. The hard part is tracing the wiring harness out, but it's more time intensive than difficult. Just set aside 3-4 days, get some help, and go at it. Did you get the transmission too?
