In addition (not on eBay), I also have the following available if anyone wants them:

Stock center gauge bezel (i.e. black plastic housing around the center dash housing)

Single gauge mounting cup complete with all hardware

Useless center armrest/console rear cover (you take this part out in order to put the rear seat double cupholder mod in).

I dunno why the heck anyone would actually want any of this isht, but if you're interested, feel free to reply or PM. I will end auctions early if you're so interested. I am also open to local pickup if you wanna save on shipping. The stuff not listed on eBay is essentially free (not including any shipping costs) - didn't think it was worth paying for the listing.
