Although I think Bush Sr’s involvement in the Carlyle group and Bush Jr in office is shady, I don't think they have any direct relationship. I think it's good capitalism on Bush Sr's part and the rest is coincidence etc. The only reason why he's lurking in the shadows is because he may be capitalizing on the decisions made by his son. Not because they're in the best interests of Bush Sr. but because Bush Jr. has a mission in Iraq and a Country to lead.

The film, which I watched in it's entirety, suggests a "master-plan" that connects every war influenced plan within the last decade and beyond. It's main focus, is of course, the correlation of the Bush family with members of royalty in the Middle East and the Bin Laden family.

There's just too much at risk for a huge organization like Carlyle and too many factors. All these puzzle pieces would need to come together for this to go off without a hitch and the Bin Laden family would still have to have a strong connection with Osama, which they do not. Every terrorist plot and beyond would have been planned by our own leaders, not al Qaeda.

I know it's a businessman's nature to risk in order to become successful but we're talking about legacies and our Country on the line as betting pieces. Why would Bush Sr & Jr. risk their reputation as a President (don’t answer that for Bush Jr. ;) ) by investing with Carlyle when they're already a very wealthy family?

If this theory was true then it would destroy Bush Sr. and Bush Jr. They'd be coined the worse scum on the earth in every elementary history book to every New York Times best seller and would live in infamy because of this. The repercussions would be so staggering and could possibly destroy the Presidency in itself to the point where our Country needs to rebuild from scratch

Why would anyone want to take such risk? Any amount of money isn’t worth being scorned as a coward, traitor and becoming immortalized because of it...right?

It was a good film to watch though and thanks for sharing, Dre.

I mentioned capitalism in my previous post. What that films suggests isn't capitalism, it's pure idiocy and suicide in every aspect.

The sky's the limit for what former President Bush could invest in. Why this? He could be the spokes person for ANYTHING and make $100k a speech and higher. It's the same situation for Dole and Viagra... why jeopardize your son's presidency with foul play? That said, read the first paragraph in my first post.
