i-Club's first Track Day that was held on March 22nd, 2004 was featured in Japan's Impreza Magazine #23. 2-page full color featured nice shots of the event, its participants and sponsors. Easy Street Motorsports, Suby Dude Motorsports, World One Performance, Vanessa Shiu, Don Lee, Gary Sheehan w/ Team SMR, Arthur Lugue and few others were among those who found their way onto the pages of one of Japan's most popular Subaru-specific magazines.

Once again, thanks goes out to all the sponsors of the event, event participants and all of those who helped me out there. Thanks A LOT!

I will have full article translation shortly.

P.S. Joe a.ka. "SubyDude" is now an official International Super Star.
P.P.S. That is not a boa around my neck (on the pic with SubyDude's car). Thats a towel. It was very hot, ok... ;)

Full size (uber huge) of the pages are presented to you thanks to arthur @ AutoartTechnologies.com.

My gf bought me a subscription for my birthday. She won't tell me how much it was but it's not that bad according to her. Go to your local Japanese book store (yes, there are such things) and tell them what you want, pay them, and they will send it to you. She bought the subsricption in LA and I've moved to Philly since but I still get a sweet package waiting for me every other month.

Get LIC'd...?

I don't know where I have been, but for anyone who cares, thats my car on the cover! I just discovered the picture Hobby hand-built 1993 Impreza L that started life as a FWD 1.8L commuter car.

Suspension is ver 6 STi with tarmac springs. Front and rear suspension braces top and bottom, running Toyo RA-1 235/40x17s on BBS STi 04 wheels. The engine is a modified EJ20g, using ver4 WRX heads. Stock internals and turbo.

I drive the car in school events and over the road races in Mexico. It is light and fast enough for me. However, the latest project is a EJ255 engine being wired to install. That will add 100 hp to the formula!
