Whats the difference between the ones we have here and the JDM ones?

you can electronically flip them in and out from inside the car. in japan since they have tight spaces some cars have their mirror flip in when they turn off the car. these mirrors are for any who want the jdm effect on their car.

Don't you have to do a modification to these, since these are RHD, and the mirror adjustment is limited?
