anyone running wilwood big brake kit in here?

just curious who is running that, my dad just picked up the kit, im thinking about installing it for him tomorrow

Good luck with the install. It was a pain in the *** for me for the rear brakes on the 4 pistion setup on the rear. The 6 pistion in the front was very easy.

hey

one thing i dont get, is that thing that goes over the rotor with the 5 bolt pattern for the lugs, the little bolts that hold it together have h oles in it. and reading the manual it says something about a wire in it to tighten it or something. the kit didnt come with that wire

You should be able to get the wire at any hardware store. Just bring in one of the hex screws and match up the hole to the wire.

Though, I didn't go to that extra effort with getting the wire and haven’t had a problem with a single hex coming loose (though the wire setup pretty much guarantees it wont happen, and you wont have to check every track day all 50 screws and verify they are all tight).
