Thanks again for everyone who helped me with info.

I filed the complaint and had an interview at the Office of Civilian Complaints today and am going to show the interviewer my car so he can document the daytime running lights on tuesday. I told him everything I said in the previous post. I should have some more information tomrrow when I talk again with the OCC. Peace

lol thanks soggy! but i'm already in enough trouble with the law after this incident it's a bummer that this happened, but it teaches me to watch my back around cops from now on.
