A tire is the rubber bouncy thing.
A wheel is the metal thing you put tires on.
The rim is the outter edge of the wheel.

They looked like 18's on an early 90's Civic hatchback :p
I've seen those spinny rim things, but I dunno what the site is for them. Maybe try www.310Motors.com or whatever that crazy pimp car shop is down in L.A. I wanna see those on a WRX in 20 :D

This was one of the first threads in here when the club was reborn. It was made before the Suggestions forum was developed, so therefore it was a suggestion about the Rims and Tires forum. Somehow, it's still going even though it's been a week or two since :D Just enjoy the mature debate here, dj_noose! ;)
