Any one selling on here beware of Mr. Jia Chen
of
6919 Newberry Dr.
Columbia ND 21044-4250

do not sell to him unless you want to donate to his growing unpaid parts list.
His latest SN is scoobyman07 but I am sure he is not using that anymore so beware of the shipping address as he uses many aliases including his mommy!
What a stand up guy.
I won't go into detail , just be warned and if you have been already burned...

I suggest a Sticky thread of people not to deal with.
A place where legitimate fraudulent names and addresses can be posted (don't forget the aliases too) from what I have seen Mr. Chen would be taking the number one spot from both I-club and NASIOC.
What do the Mods think?

My personal loss was for $100 wing risers , I have heard and seen links of his taking other members for up to $500 in Items either not paid for by him or promised by him and not delivered.
We owe it to ourselves to attempt to keep elements like him out of our community.

How do people get away with that sh*t? If it crosses state boundaries you can get the fed's involved and since we all know they dont have anything goin on, the people can get busted for fraud/larceny. I am pre-law, so the wheels in my head are turnin. I have sold over 100 parts from my totalled car and not had a prob (knock on wood). One way to make shure you dont get screwed if selling is, make them pay before you send. Paypal can also help you not get f-ed over.

What you say is 100% correct and what Mr. Chen will find out is that the Postal Police which conduct and take these investigations quite seriously are a Federal branch and their arms are quite long.
This is why it is so important for anyone who has been taken by him or others to report their loss , even if it is not substantiated by evidence and receipts like I have to back my story up, that recorded complaint shows a pattern.
Paypal is a fantastic tool , I will only use it from now on , it was part of my original deal in the classified I posted, but Mr. Chens ability to convince me otherwise was what won out in the end. What we must realize is that tools such as these were no doubt produced to quell the onslaught of insipid crapbirds like Mr. Chen.
The whole purpose of my threads and diligence are to make others aware that this is a problem and there is a solution.
You don't have to be young and inexperienced to get scammed , you just have to be an honest person who believes others have your same traits. You definitely don't have to be embarrassed about being scammed either , you just suck up your loss and do your part to make sure it doesn't happen to you again and make sure the disgusting little excuse for a person that did it gets his just rewards.
