Where are you guys in Kentucky? We drive from Indy to Bowling Green Kentucky for some NICO meets. Wouldn’t mind attending some Subaru meets in Kentucky.

"cough" Jessamine read the plate!

J/K near Lexington but if you go to www.louisvillestreets.com you may have luck finding some closer there. (you have to register)

Those guys seem to have a Subie meet once a month and are active in AutoX and some drag racing @ Ohio Valley.

Peace!

BTW is that 240 a coupe?

Yup, The 240 was only made in a coupe. The only differences were a hatchback, notchback and convertable. Enough about my Nissans, man I love my WRX. It snowed about 3" today and I love my all wheel drive!

Opps, well yeah they are all coupes (DUH! on me). =p I meant the notchback version.

Yeah SNOW + AWD = FUN.

My buddy owns a 240 as well. Each time is snows, he moans and groans about having a RWD car. He keeps saying that he wants to buy an AWD turbo, but it looks like he may buy an Eclipse/Talon. I would rather him buy an Evo, so we can tear it up on the track.

If he could find a Celica Al-trac? I hear they can make quite a bit of horsepower.

Yup, all Louisville-area Subaru events are coordinated on LouisvilleStreets.com, and we're very active in the Kentuck and Central Kentucky SCCA regions.

We actually looked at a DSM Gallant VR4 last week. What was funny and I don’t know if this holds true for most 4G63 (not sure if there was a motor diff between first gen and second gen) is the fact that they blow their engines pretty frequently. The guy had a JDM engine in his and his buddy had gone through 3 engines in his Talon. What I learned out of the whole visit was that turbos, if not maintained will loose pressure over time.
