To Whom It May Concern:

Adrenalin Motorsport regrets to inform you that it has temporarily ceased its operations in Auburn, MA. The need to suspend all activities was due to legal issues that arose between the founder of Adrenalin Motorsport and an investor. We apologize for the inability to divulge all the facts that have forced us to close down so unexpectedly. The legal issues are in the final stages of being resolved and we will be reorganizing and opening in a new larger facility in the near future.

Adrenalin Motorsport regrets any inconvenience this interruption in business may have caused. We feel that the changes that come out of this reorganization will improve our ability to better serve our customers' needs and bring about a stronger and more well- balanced company. Any constructive criticism that was posted on VWVortex, or elsewhere, about our company has been noted and will be used to improve our business in the future.

It was decided that a short hiatus over the winter months would have the least impact on our business. Due to the sudden shutdown, all unfulfilled orders will be processed, but unfortunately it may take a little longer than usual. All customers with a delayed order will be given a special incentive. If you need to check the status of your order, please e-mail: guy@adrenalinmotorsport.com and be sure to provide the order number and billing information.

Our strong partnership with the leading industry tuners remains intact. We are looking forward to re-opening at a new larger location in order to better serve the Audi/VW/Subaru enthusiasts. Look for us to return this spring with new and improved products and services.

Regards,
Ami Rososhansky
President and CEO
