I was wondering how to take the black plastic off thats in the middle of the front bumper.. right below the liscense plate. i was thinking about putting a front mount but dont know how to take that piece of plastic off.

When people install front mounts that gets cut, usually with a drimal or some other cutting device. i dont think that its removable.

You have to cut it??? Ah man, I thought it was something that was held on with clips or screws. Darn.

Naw, you have to cut it. Check out the APS website. They have instructions on how to remove and cut that thing off.

Yup its a part of the whole front bumper just not painted

I wonder why they chose not to paint it. It kinda looks out of place.

how much would it affect the stability if it was cut out?
I am not a huge fan of that piece either

yep its part of the bumper, that tire retread that hit me messed that way up on my car so they had to replace the whole bumper.
