Saw stideede's car downtown, today. Also a lowered 02/03 silver wrx last thursday on HWY 160 west towards capitol / C street? (just past the Alkaline Flats), just after 1pm, white guy driving, gave each other the wave. Also last wednesday or thursday going north on the 5 at about 7:30am, saw a wrb lowered 02/03 bugeye wagon with exhaust, wheels, tinted windows. Asian guy with girl in passenger seat. Vanity plates, something about snow. Also gave each other the wave. I was in the lowered wrb 04 wrx with sti lip/splitters, wheels.

That usually just means a '00 or '01 2.5RS sedan, as the sedans had the lower wing, the coupes have the high wing, and then you've got the JDM setups like yours.

I didn't notice if it had four doors or not, lol, that would explain it!

I was there today. I only have two classes on campus though. I saw a black 06 STI come onto campus when I was coming in. There was also an unmodified blue rex in the carpool lot a few spots from where I parked.

The blue RS is on RS25.com, RSmonkey I think, not sure, its one of the guys who has been around awhile...

The grill/nose of the 06 WRX/STi & 05+ Tribeca's resembles the grilles from Alfa Romeo's. The Subaru designer who revamped the look is also an ex-Alfa employee.

Blue 04/05 STI with trunk swap, FMIC, A/F rims and exhaust license plate in place of the fog light cover (driver side). The owner was talking very loud with a friend, I guess, how he raced someone (this part was hard to comprehend because I understood it was a race from the words "this car" and him emulating revving sounds) and then he proceeded to claim he speeds all the time and its due to the fact that its hard to keep 300hp under control or something of the sort. That was in IN and OUT on Truxel. He also goes to ARC unless there is an exact copy of the car that belongs to someone else.

I haven't seen a car like that in the Truxel area. I'll keep an eye out.

I saw this at approximately 1pm today, at the corner of Cowell, and Mace( I think) in Davis. It was conducting a left hand turn onto Mace from Cowell.

I plan on put in a shortshifter, turbo back exhaust, lower it, 18"s, paint the side skirts and whatever else comes up. lol. Should be fun.I just talked to the lady about the car and she will do 13k which is $1000 less than what she was asking but my dad told her to call back when she can do lower. We think she will since she told us no one is calling. :)

I just saw a white STI, 04-05, w/ gold BBS on F st, headed towards 5th st, in Davis.

Not 30 seconds later, I saw an 02-03 WRB Sedan, with pink seats, lowered, and mostly debadged, "subaru" was gone, but "WRX" was still there....it was on E. 8th St, crossing F st.

Last night about 6pm At the Albertsons on folsom, Silver bug eye wagon coming out of the parking lot, behind me, I waved as I left.

Yesterday (01/31) around 4PM on E/B Douglas Blvd I saw a lowered WRB Bugeye Sedan with yellow fog-lights and a Black or CF hood. He was almost immediately followed by an WRB 4-5 STI. A few minutes later I waived to a Silver or White STI that was headed S/B on Harding Blvd. I think you waived back, but wasn't 100% sure because of the the limo-black tint on all the windows... :)

I saw a black STI with exhaust and sport rack on top, i think it was Random Axe, going over the train tracks in Roseville near Denios.. who ever it belongs to, it sounded f*in sweet.

I saw a silver WRX wagon backing up fast through my parking garage tonight at american river commons, I was the guy standing at the back of the el camino, which I borrowed from a friend at work, as we're moving due to attempted car theft...

Which is why my impreza wasn't in the garage...

Hey norcalridin, I was in the lowered blue bugeye with gunmetal rims and pro-wing spoiler heading in the opposite direction down Douglas. I think we were both going to fast to waive before we had already passed... :)

this morning (thursday) about 8:05, WB on Hwy-50 between Ponderosa Rd & CP.
passed a wingless PSM bugeye sedan w/ dark tint & nice looking dual tip exhaust (Borla Hush?).
only stickers were small white i-club.com stickers on the low on the rear windows.
maybe a GSM or Satellite Radio antenna in the center of the trunk by the window.
looked clean and simple.

i nodded as i passed (would have waved if i saw the i-club stickers sooner).
you passed me as i got off @ CP drive.

Wednesday, I saw a silver wagon, I believe it was 04-05. It had STI badging on the back. It was lowered slightly, exhaust, rims, tint, etc....could be the one I posted pics of the other day, dunno. This was on first street in Davis, right next to the campus.

I spotted a silver WRX sedan outside Streets of London this evening on J Street. Nice wheels and exhaust. When I asked the guy if he was a member of I-club, he just looked at me and said "What's that?" His only mods were the wheels, the exhaust, and a cold air intake.

well i'm back. we went up to Kyburz on Friday night and saw a black bugeye WRX sedan on the way up with a Vishnu sticker on the trunk. OE wheels and exhaust but it looked lowered.

I heard before I saw a Silver 03-04 WRX with the purtiest sounding exhaust on S/B HWY 50 around 6:15 this evening. I think it might've had a BOV, but we were stuck in traffic and it could have been the turbo-diesel on the other side of me. The WRX got off on Greenback West.
