I picked up my car this morning from the body shop with my kit installed. I think it came out great. Here's a quick picture I took at work. I'll try to get some better pictures this weekend if it's nice out. Opinions?

Looks good. Well done. Did you think about blacking out the headlights or maybe JDMs?

Yeah, JDM's are a definite possibility in the future. I have JUN eyelids I have to install for the time being. I just don't have the money now after the wheels and the body kit.

Thanks.

EJ20T: The wing is a replica CF STi wing.

Black Shadow: Not yet, I just took that quick one here at work. I'll try to get some better one's this weekend if it's nice out. I'll be sure to post them up.

Thanks again guys. I only parked next to that truck because I work with him and he only gets in on the driver side, obviously. :) I paid a little over a grand with shipping for the entire kit, and bought it from Worldone. Garret is great there, really easy to work with. I had a local body shop paint it and install it so it was a bit more than I was originally hoping, I thought I could prefit it myself but I was weary about working with the fiberglass. It lowers the front end quite a bit, I'm got probably 4 inches of ground clearance, and am lowered on progress springs. Definitely have to be conscious of where I'm going.

And one more, the front. I still have to put my grill screen back in, so ignore the gaping hole.

So those are the Kaminari side skirts right? I am planning to get some.

I have the same front lip and about the same drop. Word to the wise. If you find you scrape too much, just take off the CF lip. I took mine off and just save it for special occassions. :D That CF piece was scraping on everything.

nic3krnnamja83: Good choice :) I thought about getting the OEM rear too, but then they came out with this new style which I like. All my pieces are fibergalss except the rear, it's polyurethane.

SuzWRX: Yep Kaminari all the way around. I had the depression in the side skirts filled in, didn't want to put the "kaminari" emblem on them. If you look at kaminari's silver car you'll see what I mean.

huck: Yeah w/o the CF it's not that low, I may end up doing that if I keep scraping. For the winter I might get a piece of steel or aluminum fabricated to put on instead of the CF. I'll be in Chicago this year and don't want to be plowing the streets with carbon fiber.

MIKEB4583: Nope, HKS Carbon/Ti.

Thanks

boostin, I saw you in ohio a few weeks back. You were at some fast food joint (forget which one) and I parked next to you in the '04 black WRX with my wife. Thats funny...

those pics don't do the car justice....it looks even better in real life

Here is a pic of mine from Import Motion, it'll give you an idea of the kit with JDM lights, I used Lamin-X on the driving lights. I have the different Kaminari rear lip, but yours looks pretty nice.

That looks sweet, you've got the kaminari wing too right? The JDMs look awesome, I'll have to get some of those in the future. They're definitely on the list.
