yeah i thoguht about v1, but i think the splitter is kinda cool too.

i like teh greddy but ive heard that they are pretty brittle.

Dammit don't they make a lip where I can replace the whole bottom piece? I don't want an add on, I want a whole new, lighter stronger lip.

The GReddy is certainly the best looking lip in my opinion. Clean, hard lines that further bring out the boxy nature of the WRX body. But THIS LIP IS THE WORST PIECE OF CRAP EVAR. Oh how I hate this lip. I'm repairing it for the 4th time right now. Just shot more cheap paint at it last night. I still need to (plastic) weld some chunks back on from my last spill.

If this is your first lip ever I might recommend it... why? Well, its cheap and you really learn how to go up driveways, etc. You also really learn not to fly at 80mph from a flat intersection into a sharp incline on Pine St going West in SF.

If you never make mistakes and if you never encounter any deep road hazards, get the GReddy... otherwise you'll be repairing it at some point.

*sigh* I wish they made a better quality version.

Like MMboost, i pepaired my greddy countless times too. I gave up in repairing it and i now have on a sti version 2. If you like the greddy get the sti version 1. they look almost similar except that there are no air dams in the version 1

I've got the OEM one that's black in the middle and I've had a really hard time finding another lip (not bumper) that I liked enough over my OEM to replace it with, I've since decided to just get a full-length carbon splitter from Mach V.
