buy it
assuming u have records for service(oil change)
and the car looks clean. heres a tip... smell the carpets! if u smell a seriously "muddy" smell it possible that it might have flood damage. if u suspect it try lifting up a piece of the floor(carpet) to expose any possible metal. if there is flood damage you might see some mud. kelley blue book retail is around 21k . . .
good luck.
if u have any questions u can always reach me @ greg@kaneohesubaru.com

I was able to get my 2002 with 30K miles for 19K out the door. And that was before the 04 models came out. If it is in good condition and like gdogg said above is good, then I would try to get it for 18K out the door. I think this would be a reasonable price seeing as how the new models are finally out.
I'd go for it too... but I'd be safe and run a carfax just in case
You might also call SOA to make sure the warranty still applies (I'm assuming it transfers).
Kinda off topic - anyone know if any subaru dealership service dept can pull up all (other dealership) service records? If so, I'd go and see if the proper maintanence was done and if any abnormal service was performed.

Pittsburgh PA, I found it on the border of Virginia and Maryland near DC though. It was a deal I couldn’t pass buy.
Check out some pics below. The car like hadn't been driven in six months, it still smells new. All the car need was some TLC and wax

I paid 19,500 but they were like another like 1500 in taxes registration and inspection.
There aren’t too many wrx's usually seeing a few on the weekends in my area yet PGH_NASIOC has about 40 members.

OMG U BOUGHT MY CAR!!!!!!
I think, when did you buy it?
If it was like 2-3 weeks ago, I was looking at the same car and it was out in Winchester.
Black with a STi spolier?
edit:
to clear any confusion, it wasn't really "my car", it was one I really wanted.
