i have a pdm intake and it is making some rattling noise and i'm pretty sure its the intake hitting the fender

how can i stop the rattling noise....

I used to have the same problem with my old Cobb. Best thing to do is to use some weather stripping and line the hole into the firewall with it. It helps.

Erik's suggestion works, I used insulation tape to line the hole in the fender. Worked like a charm and does not come off even in the cold.

I USED A SILICONE TUBING AROUND THE FENDER OPENING

i have silicone tubing all around the fender hole...but it still rattles around the silicone tubing...
