Kings Mt. Road - Skyline - Hwy 9 Drive 3/28/04 8:30AM
IT'S 3/28 SUNDAY, NOT 3/27
Everyone from San Jose, or nearby areas, meet at Dave and Busters at the Great Mall PROMPTLY at 7:30am. We will wait 10 minutes for any laggers, but best to arrive early than late. The place is really close to where we live so we can be there in less than 10 minutes.
- Everyone further out from San Jose, please meet us at the park and ride on the LEFT side once you exit WOODSIDE (hwy 84). If you're heading down from San Jose, you take 680 SOUTH and exit WOODSIDE. Once you exit, take the immediate left and soon
enough, you should see a park and ride on your LEFT. Watch for it, it's pretty easy to miss if you're going fast.
- San Jose guys: We will probably be there by 8:30am at most. So for those that aren't in the San Jose area, try to be at WOODSIDE'S park and ride before 8:30am to meet everyone else.
- Once we get on to hwy 84, we will soon make a right onto King's Rd. From there on out, we will get onto
Skyline Rd. This road will go on for quite a while and I know most of you
are familiar with this drive. Anyway, once Skyline ends, we'll turn
onto hwy 9 (and I know most of you know this one).
Once we're at the bottom, we'll be in the city of Saratoga. From there, we can decide where to go eat or whatever.

****, I was out there with my friend in his silver Miata and around 3'ish in the afternoon we went for a drive on the backside of 9, coming off of the first couple corners and the corner right after the second long straight there was a CHP just chillin and busted my friend and I for 74 in a 45 but was cool and just gave us 60 in a 45. We hung out for a bit at the vista and watched the CHP pull over 5 people in an hour. Damn, she is gonna be busy...
Oh well, I will definately be out to the next drive you have in that area, I drive that 3-4 times a week.
